I have been hearing of some great Bass fishing from the South Devon coast. All methods seem to be working well, but the best for night fishing seems to be ledgered sand eel on a long trace with a small watch lead. I keep hearing from a number of anglers who fish lyme bay on a regular basis that some of the wrecks and reefs are producing large numbers of good Bass. I have not been told of the exact marks, so off you go, get the chart, look for inshore features and bag your self a few Bass. Consider the use of lures, generally metal ones of differing styles.
